• To reserve your appointment, we ask for a credit card at the time of booking. Please note that your card will not be charged for your appointment.
• The card is used only to hold your reservation and would be charged only if you do not show up or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• This helps us protect appointment availability and continue providing the best service to our clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note we require a 24 hour notice on all cancelled appointments. Those who do not cancel within this time frame will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.

LATE POLICY

Clients running 15 minutes late or more are required to reschedule their appointment and will be charged $50.00.
